This are going to be for some boxes 

I will be working on for next year .

I GOT NEW GLASSES TODAY !!!!!

Today I went to the Optometry 

because out of one eye I was seeing way to blurry with my old glasses on . 

Now I can see and paint tiny things again YEAaaahhhh !!!!  :)

The Frida dolls are here !!

Yes I finally added all 17 of them in my Etsy shop  :)

I finished all the little Fridas and now I just need to take 

photos and list them on Etsy.

Need to recharge the camera and the fun begins .

I got a rush order and had to step back from the little Fridas .

Tomorrow I will be out of the house for 9 to 10 hrs.

this is a little glimpse , still need to crackle and varnish them  :)

A Glimpse of What I'm Working on

Just a little glimpse of what I am working on this week .

Can you guess what they are ?

hopefully I will finish all of them by tomorrow night .

The thing is that I have a feeling that they will call me to work this weekend :(

interpretation

This is my interpretation of the little girl that will be getting 

all of the Characters from little house on the prairie. 

She likes pink and purple has long brown hair, 

brown eyes and love dogs ( yellow labs ).

overwhelm by a painting

So some time back I started this painting 

but as you can see it's still not done .

I think I just got overwhelm by it , especially the octopus .

I will start painting it once more 

but will leave the tentacles for last :)

I finally found this pens !!!

I have been looking for this for a very long time :)

every time I would ask for them at art shops they would just give me a look like I was speaking a different language .

The ink / gel is white and it will help me add very fine highlights to parts of my art :)

I finally finished them  YEAAAAA !!!!!

They measure from 1" 1/4 inches to 2" 1/2 inches tall.

I used wood pegs and painted them with acrylics .

My first mini Munny is finally finished

In 2009 I bought some munnys and mini munnys,

after two long years I finally painted one.

I used Golden acrylics and

carved the small knife out of a new piece of wooden chopstick .

she is only 4" tall

Her name is Cassie, and this is her story:
Her parents didn't want her to watch cartoons,

they only wanted her to watch scary movies.
So after 4 days of watching the scary movies

she got up, got dressed, and

now she wants to play doctor with you!!!!

Finished the Skelly Girl Painting !

The title of this piece is : Play with Me !

I have always been afraid to use white as a color ,

so my last to paintings I have used as much as I could use :)

I am so trying to step out of my comfort zone and

if I make mistakes that's ok I will learn from them.

I know that at this time I don't have the skill that I want but I am learning :)

Painting the bricks was harder than I thought

but all in all a fun painting :)
