It was hand colored ( acrylics , color pencils and watercolors )

If you are mounting it on canvas I would put it in as a painting with mixed media.

I vote for mixed media too - it sure is cute! :)
Mixed media works well. You could also go with hand painted HP as it is a tag that helps people find artwork on ebay. Good luck :)
